This very special award is awarded to the Ambassador that embodies the spirt, wisdom, and resolve of Mr. Gilmour’s mentor, hero, and leader of leaders, Winston Churchill.  Churchill’s nickname was “the British Bulldog”, which, along with Mr. Gilmour’s name aptly adorns this perpetual award. It also includes an appropriate quote from Sir Winston himself “To improve is to change. To be perfect is to change often.”
